I don’t know about you, but I have signed up for programs and bought things for my clinic in the past, that unfortunately just sat on the shelf collecting dust...meaning: I went in with the best intentions, but I simply DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH!
In hindsight, the lack of follow through was because I didn’t map out the process on a calendar and stick to it. Really, not to place the blame, but many of these systems, products, programs, focused on the THING ITSELF and not in the IMPLEMENTATION!
